CW Ice Knife Not doing damage sometimes in PvP?

I've casted Ice Knife several times on enemies in pvp & many times it doesn't do any damage. The enemies I've hit on several occasions have not moves or dodged, the spell just doesn't do any damage some times.

    i noticed this as well recently. my ice knife only doing damage between 3k to 7k
    and i am suppose to be hitting above 10k with it.
    other times i only doing a 1 or 3k damage to some rogues sometimes.
    and on guardian fighters it never does damage at all.

    prolly cause when you use it the sound is so obvious us GF's will just block it.

    It happens to more characters than GFs. I've hit CWs, Rogues, GWFs, and Clerics with it, they were standing still, and produced no damage at all.

    That's not just an Ice Knife, there are a lot of other powers not dealing damage/giving effect for all classes. For example sometimes I press my Bait and switch and it doesn't even leave a bait after me. Or my stealth doesn't refill when I use a shadow strike. The CD is still there though...hate this kind of thing. I even remember one of my buddies said that he hit the dummy with Lashing Blade while standing in front of it for like a minute and it didn't register the damage on it. I don't know what is wrong but it is really frustrating, especially in PvP.

    P.S Same happens with my DC from time to time.

    Yeah, believe me it's not only my as well.

    Yea i can confirme it with Leashing in PVP and few more encounter bugs like it goes off and on cooldown but no effect at all, same for Dailies...I dont know it started since the last patch with the loggin but and all the other stuff happening...

    For me i noticed alot of weird things happening after they fix the exploits.
