Epic Dread Vault camp after first boss isn't working

Last night we ran Epic Dread Vault, and the camp right after the first boss didn't activate for respawns, so when any of us died during second boss fight, we had to run all the way from dungeon entrance.

In the end we couldn't finish the dungeon because it was getting late and it going all the way from the beginning was taking too long.

Please bump this if you're having the same problem.

    To this day, I do not believe any of the campfires work in Epic Dread Vault except for the very last one - even though they said they "fixed" it multiple times.

    It is one of the reasons almost no players ever run it.

    That campfire used to work before... the fixes.
