Dungeon Mechanics : Indepth look at a fix

Now it is widely argued across the forums that their is a problem with dungeon mechanics. That dungeon design favors CW's and works against GF's and GWF's and this is why Fighters dont get groups while CW's always do.

Other things I notice is that lots of players dont like this Bind on Pickup routine, and some say the dungeons are way to hard. Other say that dungeons are too easy.

My opinion.

Players that say dungeons are too easy use exploits.
Bind on Pickup has it's pros and Cons. But ultimately drives experienced players away from the game, while being more friendly towards new players.

So what I suggest is a massive look at all lv 60 Dungeons to make them more fun and more inviting to all players.

This starts with a Two tiered System.

Lets Call Them "Need Dungeons" and "Greed Dungeons"

Now Need Dungeons will be easier dungeons designed for players of the 6800-8300 minimum GS required bracket. Allowing these players to be able to beat these dungeons with a member of every class with a marginal effeort of trial and error. The trick is all Purple drop and maybe even the rare blue drops will be Bind on Pickup. Even the ones that are not currently BoP, use the same need/greed system as used now you can only need your own class.

Now we offset this With Greed Dungeons

Greed Dungeons will have GS requirement of around 11-12k. And will be exceptionally harder than Need dungeons and probably harder than most dungeons as they are now. All loot including the DD chest will be Bind on Equip and sellable in the auction house. the "Need" Button will be disabled for all classes in these dungeon.

So basically Need dungeons will be for players looking to gear up with a reasonable chance of beating dungeons and finding the loot they want. While greed dungeons will give experienced players a challenge and a reward for those challenges by selling gear to new players or experienced players with new characters.

This will only be Viable ONCE ALL THE EXPLOITS ARE FIXED!. If you can exploit greed dungeons you defeat their purpose. I want to see invisible walls around everything and tanking to be viable in all dungeons. Take the time to get this right and the games popularity will Skyrocket.

Also Buff the GWF, no amount of new dungeon mechanics will save that class, as there is Nothing a GWF can do that a GF can't... and yes that includes sprint and Unstoppable.

    My opinion, except like 2 boss fights (in CN and MC) all other epic dungeons are easy. I don't use exploits of any sort.

    I would call myself experienced player (playing since closed beta, finished 4 chars to lvl 60 all gs > 10k) and BoP is not driving me away. I don't care about it, I play for fun.

    If you want someone to take you seriously, do not generalize.

    The way I see it, this is just another "BoP is bad" thread with one additional suggestion - make dungeons with different difficulties, but guess what - we already have that.
    Like filc said, don't generalize, you don't have everything figured out.

    Granchi Aviatori don't use exploit and dungeon are easy. We have no porb on end all the dungeon. So pls, don't tell " all the poeple say dungeon are easy use exploit " because this is not real. Even whit BoP item i don't care, since i can get all i wont whit simply doing some DD on guild. Learn how to end a dungeon on the legal way and stop complain about the hardness of some dungeon

    This is the worst idea ever. You will end up having nobody doing the "Need Dungeons" because better gear can be bought on the AH.

    Everything should be BoP like it is, but we just need more content.
