I've got to say Rogues and their stealth in PVP, just makes me sick. It would be ok if you could counter it.

Kite them :P it is a bit frustrating when they are perma stealth but with a partner it can be done, they take a bit more thinking and teamwork than a regular rogue Just stay away from them. I know you can't see them but you 'can' kind of guess where they are most the time.
The stealth is temporary on most rogues (the ones who don't want to die a lot) and the rogues who *DO* use perma-stealth builds are easy to kill for the most part.
If you play a CW, learn to use Icy Terrain against perma rogues.
As for non-perma-stealth rogues... if you ARE a CW, you *should* get owned if a rogue gets the jump on you. You are WEARING CLOTH ARMOR.
Disagree? Dress up, IRL, like your CW. Then see how well those things block a knife.
If you are a cleric, a guardian fighter or a great weapon fighter... then you either need better gear, or you need to stop relying on the same attack combo for every rogue. You need to do different things for those of us who don't play faceroll style.
Oh, look. How exciting. Someone else died at the hands of the class that specializes in single-target damage. How unusual.
So all kidding aside, it's not really about stealth but about PvP playstyle. There are abundant counters for TR's in stealth in PvP. That you have zero points in Icy Terrain will make it more challenging, but if you mix your spec up with CC AoE's that do not need to be targeted (shield pulse is your new best friend) you can take a rogue out of stealth very quickly since most TR's do not spec for Tenacious Concealment.
The right to command is earned through duty, the privilege of rank is service.
