Yea best to just avoid them when they do that , like Gannicus said, run or kite.
I see a LOT of CW stand in the fray, learn to kite if you can.
Shield on Tab and Barkshield armor enchant are very, very effective against impact shots.
Agreed with the above 2. Run away, and LoS if you can during ItC..Its pointless not too, and generally will get you killed..or close to it if you stick around

You should play a CW if you ever have time and deal with TRs. Actually reaching the phase when they pop ITC means you're doing rather OK.
Now... the real issues is that from ITC, many times their Impact Shots come. There is something funny in dodging this skill - you dodge, and you get rubberbanded back into the stun and previous position, just ready to eat another one.

This.
I'm willing to bet my left kidney this is latency issue. Since I live in europe I have quite poor ping and it seems it makes many fast animation attacks impossible to dodge.
Apart from the latency issues due to there being too little time between the stuns for non-US players to avoid even one shot quite often, just do as others have said: kite.
If even GFs and GWFs have to kite strong TR's in ItC, you in your little squishy CW robes (even in your best purple condom) had better run!
Also, make very sure you do not waste Encounters on them while ItC is up. Use only At-Wills.

Hey Pers, I have a 60th CW And I know that TR can be painful but a good one is always painful on any of my characters. I still say kite and run etc. But of course I realize that is not always practical and not trying to minimize the feelings some CW have but I have played with MANY CW who just stand there as I'ma healer main so I know because trying to heal them through the dmg is really hard when they don't try to move around. Then I play with other CW who run around and kite and they are much easier and better to play with and heal , TR or no TR
does anyone know if the feywild boon that grants 10% faster stamina gain in combat works in pvp? i do have it slotted but i'm not sure if its working when i'm in pvp.
also the elven battle i put on my mage was to lessen the stuns from TRs. i don't have a perfect one but i'm working up to something better than the lesser one. it sure is pretty otherwise.
Hi, is it really intended rogues ITC lasts long enough for them to mow down CWs with over 29k HP? Really? With impact shots?
Shouldn't ITC be named impossible to kill?
Well TR is kind of a counter class to CW, but saying that if you play smart you can catch a TR and burst them down, try watching some video's of good cw's and you can learn how to play smarter maybe knowing your enemy (TR) is the 1st step. I suggest Lantiss as I am pretty sure will have some vid's around. I have been playing my cw a lot recently and although against a geared TR I cant go toe to toe with in your face, positioning smartly and timing when to use the encounters has lead to much success and I do not even have an enchant in my MH yet. Really in my honest opinion CW is one of the most broken classes as stupid as it sounds, but it has a very high skill cap. If you put a fully geared CW in the right hands expect carnage.

Yeah CWs can surely wreak havoc if left unchecked.
Anyway, I said it in other topic: if you see your HP go down fast don't panic and go all out, wait for the moment when the black smoke vanishes and you know ITC is gone and try to CC and burst the TR (sadly this is easier said than done, since it's not always perfectly clear if the TR is still immune and so on, and you can expect to waste spells on them). Obviously in such a match up stacking HP is key for the CW. Immediately go EF/RoE or CoI/Icy Rays. A good TR won't allow you to finish the combo 90% of the times. A bad TR will allow you to insert a Chill Strike too. Most TRs will run away immediately as ITC is over and try to stealth on you again, some that are stupid enough to stay can usually be burst down, but just don't have unrealistic expectations, such as owning a TR that is specifically built for PvP, experienced, perfect vorpal, tenes etc., if your CW doesn't raise to this standards as well.
Conclusion: you will burst down many TRs from 10% HP. I bet they hate this, as it happens quite often from what I've seen :P Good TRs however will just frustrate and play with you, so yeah. Not really worth most sometimes, just let them play with somebody else or try to reset encounters from your advantage, i.e. you unseen on top of a pillar opening on them after they used their abilities

Keep blasting that TR with Magic Missile while Impact-shotted. Your Arcane Stacks can build. Pop a potion and endure. I have 27k HP and can normally get through the rotation as long as I dodge the initial Lashing Blade. Then Repel, and CC/DPS the daylights out of that TR.
