My rings bug from Server Preview

Hi, i bougth 2 rings greater repulsion in Action House for test in my GF, after bougth i copy my char in server preview and only use enchant in preview server, now i cant sell my iten fron Action house.

its bug or normaly this? i dont use encchant in ring in server oficial, only in preview server o.0

    Wow! Are you certain about this? Getting any kind of connection or dependency between Live and Preview would have horrendous implications and would turn many people off Preview.

    What error do you see exactly when you try to sell the item on the Auction House? Also, did you try using both the icon at the top directly (the broker) and going to the Auctioneer at the Auction House in town?

    Are you sure you went to the preview server? And when did this happen?

    Enchanting an item normally doesn't cause it to become bound to you.

    there is no connection between the live server and the test server. there is no active auction house on the test server... just like the zen store only exists to grant you respec coins on the test server.

    it seems more likely that where you thought you had clicked on the test server, you were actually on the live server. and yes, enchanting doesn't usually bind something to you. if you did not wear the rings and this indeed happened, you should report it as a bug and wait for a response. you can do this in-game or at the support link at the top of this page.

    sry, but i dont loged in server oficial, after bougth 2 rings logoff in oficial and log in preview, I do not confuse the server...

    if i tested this rings in oficial server, this rings would enchantments...

    It may be that the rings were one of the items that the devs changed to be bind on pickup, when it used to be BoE, and you bought them after they were changed, but still on the AH

    like i said... if you believe this to be an in-game error, you need to submit this to customer service where they can look at your account records and determine what happened. discussing this on the open forums isn't going to help you at all.
