Full screen problem

currently running the game in maximized window in 1920X1080. When I switch to full screen mode, the game kind shrinks and I get the black borders around. Anyone having the same issue or know how to correct this?

    When you log in and see the Play button light up go to options at the top of the launcher and make sure fullsreen is checked...it's a weird issue that's been around for awhile now.

    this bug is still persistent and its pretty annoying. theres also a bug with the chat, when it is "bugged" you cant click / change the tabs, the chat will just disappear and you are unable to switch tabs, scroll inside the chat, etc..

    also, the whole options menu seems to be bugged in character selection menu: key bindings shows only one entry, chat and hud options display nothing at all, refresh rate isnt applied, etc. etc.
