Questions about enchantments

I only ask you the questions. I want to know if Lesser Tenebrous enchantment still exists or it's gone forever.

I heard that Greater Plague Fire enchantment is bugged. They said it ticks once instead of stacks. It only works with making damages. Do you know about this?

    Yes, lesser tenebrous still exists. No existing copies were removed and there are still nightmare lockboxes floating around to be opened.

    I mean copies of the enchantment haven't been taken out of the game. I don't know anything about greater plague fire which is why I didn't answer that question.
