Launcher problems

I haven't played in a little while, not very long ago though really, a couple weeks I guess. However, my Neverwinter launcher didn't work, nor the launcher for my other PW games. I wiped out my old launchers, the games,ect. I downloaded the "Arc" launcher, and reinstalled my games, updated. And even wiped out my internet securities hoping it might unblock whatever is wrong. But the launcher loads, lets me select a game, it puts it on my toolbar, and never actually loads the game. None of the PW games load. What sucks is this has become "Normal" behavier for Cryptic. Anybody else with this problem or can offer a fix it would be greatly appreciated. I'm not all that computer literate so I've been working on this problem for some time now.
