I logged into my account today and all the Ad's were gone (250k worth) all my gold, not much 20 or so, my keybindings were all reset, my horse was in my back pack and I had sold something on the AH for 100k AD in which Istill had the mail but minus the AD. When I initially tried to log in it said my password was invalid, so I reset it and logged in...Now the thing is I recieved an email when I reset it..but after checking my email I had no other email saying my password had been reset/changed.....how is it possible this happened?

Maybe you got hacked and they covered their tracks.

My guess would be that you got hacked. If they managed to delete a message about changing passwords, they may have that too. My suggestion would be to change the email and password. Preferably from a computer that's been thoroughly scanned and is safe.

is there a way to see with the account guard exactly which ip addresses has accessed your account?

EDIT: just found out there is a way...and only my ip address has ever logged into my account....

While that's a sign that it may not have been a hacker... it's possible that your system has been compromised and they routed through or some such hacking nonsense. Or spoofing. Who knows. I'd use a different pc, change all your passwords and emails. File a GM ticket. Then scan your main PC like crazy to make sure it's safe.

If you have any friends or family that play NW and live with you or have visited you recently.

That might be a possibility too.

Submit a ticket and have it investigated.

Interesting...I had a pc called something thats not my pc from my ip address log in. Didn't take take anything. Ran full scans and have hard firewall. Changed my passwords to be safe. Just weird.. May have been a fluke report with gateway. Its put in anyway.

I had a similar problem today as well. All of my consigned items disappeared and still had a few hours left to sell. I also bought several items out right at auction and my mailbox is empty.
