The in-game tooltip says that this feat increases your AOE damage by 3/6/9%, but other sites such as nwcalc.com state that this is only when AOE spells hit a single target. Which is correct?

Also, do all AOE spells work with this feat now? I seem to remember it only worked with a few before.

    Bump. This is a very good question that I feel was overlooked. I to have noticed that others sites claim it is a buff when a single target is hit. Some clarification would be awesome! Thank you to anyone who can help

    It has been tested many times and the in-game tooltip is correct. The external sites and (probably even still now) the Wiki is incorrect.

    You can test it for yourself on the Preview shard too.
