Sharandar 4th boon for GF

Hey. I'm about to choose the 4th boon for my GF, but I'm not sure which one is better: 400 heal or 400 damage.

Does anyone have an experience to share about them? Do you know how often they proc? For the other classses, the choice is easier for me: heal for DC and damage for the others. But for GF the choice is less obvious.

    1 minute internal cooldown, so it really doesn't matter. Most useless of the boons. Only took it because I had to get to the damage on deflect 5th boon.

    My view is damage. GFs are hit point sinks.

    Both the 4th boons suck. Pick either one and watch it make no difference at all.
