Is anyone else having trouble getting friendly encounters to follow the player in the foundry? All they do is look at me when I try to test.

Make sure that you are targetable, and that you have set when you want the start follow to happen in properties.

Under "Behavior: Follow" show the item properties in Layout mode - i.e. the encounter, and set "Follow When" property - it defaults to Never

There's my problem, I was trying to set it all up in 3d mode using a single friendly encounter. I believe that only lets you edit detailed information because it only gave me a "follow" option only.

Edit: All fixed, they all stand on the same spot, but at least it's working, thank you :o

If you want to setup more than one follow and not have them overlap, use one of the group guard encounters. They space themselves around the player rather then all attempt to occupy the same space.

i had that problem, then i realized that when i looked at their properties, it is not enought ot click 'follow', you have to also indicatte when. there is a slot for that - - make sure it is not on 'never'
