CW need 2 or more of them to properly run dungeons now a days.
DC need 1 of them atleast.
TR boss tanking and DPS, but job DPS can also be taken by GWF destroyer path on lesser extent.
GF adds tanking but job can also be taken by GWF Sentinel path on lesser degree.
GWF ~ jack of all trade can also do AOE damage, but nerf too much it cant do anything better than 2nd stringer. WHy take a 2nd stringer when there are tons of other toons available. LOL. Avoid GWF it is a money sink and no one will be easily take you on their run.
People have created many new DCs recently. It's harder than ever to find a group as a healer. There are still few tanks though. CW as the most needed class? Well, not on the long term, because the nerf bat is coming.

CW- Most dungeons cheesing need multiples of them.
DC- Need one all the time
TR- Usually need one, definitely need one for running purposes, but good TR will solo certain dungeons on their own and don't have to share the loot.
GF- For Tanking and Agro purposes, keeping things a little tighter.
GWF- Avoid this class like the plague, unless you are planning on doing PVPs only and not planning to earn loots or AD which is a waste of time.
Most needed class is always good Clerics. but at the present time with the severly broken High vizir CW 4 set, a CW equiped with such is a must. some groups are running a full CN with 1 DC and 4 CW's in around 20 mins, lol
No "raids" in this game. It is all 5-man or solo content or anything in between.
Most in demand class is CW because of the type of content and Feywild patch nerfs to solo CW control abilities many random groups bring two CW to have sufficient control. Even for friend or guild groups, some dungeons like Castle Never (which is the dungeon you run the most once you are geared) are almost always run with at least two CW due to the extreme control required on the final boss.
In addition, the gear set with the highest synergy in the current game is CW's High Vizier set because its debuffs stack with other High Vizier CWs and can therefore melt bosses.
Prior to Feywild, apart from Castle Never, the most in-demand class was Devoted Cleric.
The least "used" class in PvE is GWF and always has been post-beta. It is, however, an extremely strong class at all levels of PvP.

Cw is most needed class. 5cw groups are not only viable, they are ideal. You only need a dc if cw are bad/lazy.
Least used is gwf. They suffer from the 2nd/3rd best syndrome. 2nd best aoe, tank, runner. 3rd best single target dps. Theres always a plethora of 1st of these roles lfg and the difference between #1 and #2/3 is huge so why take the runner up?
Mostly needed... I'd say same as on other games:
good tanks and good healers/supports.
A guildmate told me he wasted yesterday 2 DD times by triying to find a party as CW, never heard this from tanks or clerics.
Also seeing masses of CWs and GWFs in LFG Channels.
As main cleric I can say, there are many many worse tanks out there.
With the tanks I trust, in my team, I usually far lowest damage taking person. With most public tanks I'm on second place, right after tank.
Also noticed with other classes, and with my cleric, there are a lot clerics out there these days, yes - but also alot of clerics who cant handle it that well, cause healing in Neverwinter is different to other MMOs, but not harder.

least used would be great weapon fighters.
