Login not working

I've run into this nearly constantly in the last several days.

Trying to login in the launcher and it rejects my login. Retry 4-5 or a dozen times and it finally works. Have reset password with no change to this issue. Name/password is correct (even changed pword). Retrying with same name/password and sometimes restarting launcher needed before I can login.

    oh, and logging into gateway has no problem
