Missing AD and missing blades

1. tonite I bought AD with the Zen I had. It was 300 zen for 97,800 AD and I withdrew it but never recieved the Astral Diamonds.

2. Also I opened the Caladaine area and did all the quests and never received any Blades for the completed quests in cluding the Celedaine dungeon
