Armor & Weapon Enchantments

I have a piece of armor and a weapon with a weapon enchantment and an armor enchantment slot and when I try to add an an enchantment to of course I don't have one, but a windows pops up say to get the enchantment at the Zen Market. The only issue the Zen Market doesn't have any.
Any one know where I might find this type of enchantment.

    You mean weapon enhancement which is actually different than a standard enchantment?

    Hey, Devs: it really isn't fair for the game dialog box to state that you can get weapon/armor enhancements at the Zen Market when you can't.
