Missing AD's from bid of auction house

Hi all,

Just wanna share this bug that Neverwinter GMS should look into it.

I've went to the auction house, wanting to purchase 4 coalescent wards. I found 4 cheap ones which was around 106k buyout and 100k starting bid.

And as we all know, double clicking on the item on AH simply means buying out. TO my dismay, it wasn't
I bidded on all 4 items, and as i was afraid people would get it, i proceeded to buyout on it.

SURPRISINGLY, My AD's that went to the bid did not refund to me. I'm very disappointed with this.

Anyone of you have encountered with such issues? Kindly advice me what should i do as i have sent ticket already.

Angry player here.

    That sounds very strange.

Make sure you send in a support ticket. I can't promise they can do anything but perhaps they can look into the matter.

In the mean time I'll move this to the Bug Reports Secton of the Forums. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Our devs are aware and are taking a look at this now. Thanks for reporting it. In the meantime, please await a response from our Support Team regarding your missing AD.

In my experience if you did a bid previously it will do a bid, and if you did a buyout previously it'll do a buyout.

Just sayin': Every ticket I've submitted, I've gotten a response to (typically in the email address that I use to log-in.) It can take over a week sometimes, but yeah, you do get responses.

But I've seen at least one other bug report on double clicking as of late (one with the vault of piety granting a party popper rather than the final 7-day chest the player wanted.) I don't really use the double click option. That's what the buttons are for =/.

    Either way, that bites man.
    contents to be decided
