Reckless Attacker w/ PvP sets?

Does anyone know if the bonus to your block meter Guardian Fighters get for wearing the full PvP sets (Indomitable Warrior/Champion) causes a further increase to the bonus to Power you get from the Conqueror path's last feat: Reckless Attacker?

At a full guard meter, the feat effectively multiplies your power by 2. I wonder if, when wearing the Indomitable Champion set and getting +25% guard meter, the feat's multiplier would become 2.25 or not?

EDIT: On a related note, what about the Grand Regent set's bonus? Is the power you gain from 20% of your defense doubled by Reckless Attacker (effectively adding 40% of your defense as power) or not?

    I checked it in the past and neither PvP1, GG set or Shield Talent do work with Reckless Attacker.

    Also +X% Guard Meter won't have much use in boss fights. You can block 5 and a half boss AoEs, no matter how much +% Guard Meter you have.
