Quests that reward more bags during levelling?

I want to know if anyone knows which quests grant more bags for items during levelling, I'm mostly doing them all, but I'm starting to outlevel some quests and I would hate to skip one that just was the one that gave me that, or is there other way to get them? like buying them? I don't think I've seen them in the game shops.

There are two that I know about:
    1. Comes from the Blacklake quest where you fight in the burning building, its one of the first quests out there
    2. and the second comes from the final quest out in Neverdeath, the one where you see Valindra and the dragon at the end before fighting the boss spider.

That is all that I know of, and i've played all the other quests in the game, several times.

Close to the Crown - level 6 quest in Blacklake district.

Clockwork Guild Tomb - level 30 quest in Neverdeath Graveyard.

The only other ways to get bags is buying them from the Zen Store (or from other players who bought it from the Zen Store). There is also the Feywild starter packs and the Neverwinter starter packs.

Ah, so I already got both of them, good to know I'm not missing any more.
Is there any other kind of special item I might be missing by not doing story quests? (besides equip) like something really important?
Sometimes I prefer to level up doing foundry quests than gathering flowers for old ladies I've never met before XD

There is the cloak from the final whispering caverns that allows you to temporary turn invisible.

Oh, I thought it was some kind of Harry Potter joke XD
what level is that quest for? I don't think I've heard of whispering caverns yet. I wouldn't want to miss it.
EDIT: Ah, it seems to be for lvl 59-60 so there's no problem in outlevelling the dungeon, right?

It is not really a "cloak" as much as it is a reusable "potion", meaning that it does not equip to a neck slot but instead goes in one of your ready slots (that is where the potion stacks are accessed). It is useful, no doubt, but the mechanics are a bit weird for something called a "cloak"

Thanks! At least i know that now that I have both bags I can't miss anything crucial till 60, and I can level up wherever I feel like, like doing foundry quests. :)

By the way, even if you out level a quest you can still take it and complete it. There will be no visible indication that the NPC has a quest though. So as you explore areas you have out leveled be sure to talk to all the NPCs to see if they have quests. Currently, the only exception I know of would be the Skirmish quests since you cannot complete them because you can't join a Skirmish you have out leveled.

Dungeons you can still do. You just have to go through the front door. There is so such option however for skirmishes so the only way to complete them if you miss them is to wait for the Call to Arms version.

Oh that's weird, because my group walked all the way to the dungeon and then told me that me and another guy (who was lv 60) were to high level and it didn't let them enter the dungeon with the party. I wish I knew this before XD

If someone in your party is in queue for anything (another dungeon, a skirmish) or has an active instance (you have a Return to Instance notice) it won't let your party enter "with current party"; it won't let you use the queue (which is also a viable option at the door) if anyone in your party is out of the level range.

The long cooldown timer makes it of limited usefulness, but it's nice enough to have.
