Gateway slow issue

Hi,
since the patch on 2013-06-18 the gateway is like terrible to use.
Switching characters usually ends in a "login again" message.

Maybe some UI issues work now, but I cannot see them due to extremely slow gateway performance.
Maybe you can improve that?

    I'm having the same issue. Pressing F5 after you try to switch characters, (as someone suggested in another thread), helps.

    same here, every time I try to change character, I get cut off...can you get this fixed? quicker to log in the game and switch characters.

    in the limited range of browsers I have found the issue of needing to log out to effectively switch between characters in the Gateway page - occurs for Chrome, but doesn't seen yet to effect Firefox ... I have yet to try Internet Explorer, Safari and Opera

    the FAQ claims it works for Chrome, Opera, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer.
