Is Feywilds Fortitude (700 hp Sharandar boon) bugged?

I just got the third boon and took the 700 hp. I lost 700 hp, though, instead of gaining... has anyone else noticed this?

    I just did a respec and ended up with the same 32,026 hp with the boon, 31,326 without it. Based on the 32,600 hp that I had the other day before I got the boon, I should have about 33,300. So somewhere along the line, I lost 1,300 hp and now I don't know how. I didn't change any enchants. Anyone have any ideas, please?

    respeccing resets boons?

    Yes, it does, as long as you get your respec token that does both powers and feats.

    yamato,remember the campfire bonus of +1 constitution and sometimes that certain players around you give you bonuses.But it's most certainly the campfire bonus (2% of your hp)

    Indeed, all the numbers I put in the earlier post are with the campfire bonus that gets me to 26 Con.
