New DC Gameplay Buffs

Please note, I'm not a DC, and barely play my DC alt, and am not knowledgeable of DC's outside of watching what happens. With all that said, if you can still stand to read the rest, here's my odd suggestions:

Provide DC's with any assortment of the following abilities:

- Allow players who have fallen in battle, but who have a DC within range, to have twice the length for revives.
- Allow DC's to revive players from range, possibly tying in with current ranged heals.
- Allow DC's the ability to revive multiple players in an AOE fashion around them at the same time, possibly tying in with current AOE abilities.

And just because I think it would be awesome for my teammates:

- Allow DC's to 'finish' a player off at range, preventing them from reviving. Because let's face it, DC's don't just heal.

    I think that a DC have to heal before death, not revive fallen allies :D
    But ehy! All buff are welcome: in every patch we leave something back ...
