gateway leadership quest not giving diamonds

so i have been using the gateway while im not at home to beef up my professions a little bit, have been doing some of the protect the caravan and when i log into the game i have all the other stuff that u get but no rough diamonds.....this has happened several times on both my chars, just curious if this has happened to anyone else yet or is there a limit to how many times u can do that quest?

    Did you check your count of rough astral diamonds? Those quests award rough not processed ones.

    happened to me few times, I'm avoiding doing leadership tasks with AD as reward on Gateway

    It's true it happens very often. Two weeks ago i put in a support ticket, I still have not heard anything back yet but this bug has cost me Many Many thousands of AD between my 4 characters.

    I thought this was the case too - but there is some sort of automated conversion/daily closeout function that happens.
    Since I've been keeping a close eye on rough & smooth numbers it seems ok - the ones I thought I'd need to refine are gone, but they are in the refined total (although I swear I did lose some before I started checking so closely).

    Where is this "gateway"? i've been reading about it and looking for it on the website...where do you access it?

    This has been on going for atleast 2 weeks.

    Did you check your refined Astral Diamonds too? They said something about auto-refining if you haven't logged in for a while.

    old problem, (it`s known since start at least, they `re not fixing it, neither put a line in their gateway it can happen, the missing ad, no, people have to find out themselves ;p

    I'm pretty sure i would have noticed an extra 50k astral diamonds in my refined amount, but no they are not there either.

    Stupid thought, but is it possible they're being dumped into the account pool when auto-refining?

    No. And there are cases when you don't get rewards like barrel of goods either.
