So i have done Malabog's castle several times, but i have not had the need to run off the NPC's or whatever it is that is expected of some TR's there. Either we have fought our way, or another TR did the run. Can someone please tell me what exactly is expected of the TR when asked to do this? The more details the better because i love doing this area and dont want to disappoint the group that will inevitably want me to perform this task for them.
Thanks

Run to the five towers/barrels in the first area, stealth and ignite them.

Great advise, but can someone give a bit more details, I am a full dps TR , that just re-spec due to the high demand on TR to run the 5 towers, now have tried the run but keep getting detected, I must be missing something I know.
Here is what I have slotted encounters and class features:
Impossible to catch
Smoke bomb
Shadow strike
Tenacious Concealment
sneak attack
my rotation is to try and stay stealth and not get killed (btw not doing well)
Get as close as possible then hit tab stealth, run away, smoke bomb,(by that time stealth coming off, so hit shadow strike , then tab stealth again. if need be I will pop Lurker to get full stealth bar back up.
Now you do not need to tell me it is wrong, since I would not be asking for advise from other TR who have mastered stealth for assistance just like the main poster did here.

Just remove the slow smokebomb and slot bait and switch

Seconded. Pop stealth, hit Bait and Switch once stealth bar is about to run out, then Shadow Strike right before that stealth bar expires. You'll almost never be out of stealth.

Thanks for the input greatly appreciated, will make the change and test. TR are the best no matter what anyone says :-)
A few other tips i have learned since this post. One TR told me to run abilities in this order --stealth--impossible to catch--shadowstrike--stealth--Bait/switch--Lurker's. Also Invisible or skillful infiltrator may be a better option than tenatious. Also, dont forget to dodge if you need more distance between yourself and the npc's. You can also pick up a set of battlefield armor for the run as it will give you 20/25% more stealth bar. I still need quite a bit of practice on this, as i still havent done it in one run. I have seen some very good rogues do all the towers extremely fast without taking any damage.

Start the run while mounted and use dodge for full 1 sec immunity as you are approaching the barrel unstealthed. then worry about maintaining stealth til you have enough distance for it not to matter. Sneak + skillful is best as its 45% run speed stealthed and stealth here is about putting distance between you and the last pack of mobs. You dont need perma stealth or even close to it for this run, you just need to be able to run up and hit f on barrels and not die while doing it. Get good at using dodge to avoid all damage and stealth to get away, but if you arent perma save stealth restoring abilities for the next barrel.
