It's like it's pulling the reflection graphics from the wrong part of the environment. Water for me only reflects sky.

Water on my system looks like mercury and has a bad mirror effect. Turning off "Postprocessing" in the gfx settings fixed it for me.
    Specs:
    Intel 3570k
Nvidia 780 Tried with both whql 320.49 and beta(326.80) drivers.
    Windows 7 64-bit

Is this ever going to be resolved?

I've reinstalled the game for the second time and this is still happening. Which is really annoying every time you run through water, most especially in a dark cave since A) it's blinding and B) you can hardly see the drops.

I am experiencing the same issues, I have not been able to resolve the issue with "postprocessing" I have one graphical issue that is a result from having this setting on, this much like other posters above, is any water in the game has a mercury sheen with a blurring effect

    Also just as a footnote;
Just Upgraded to Windows 8.1 Pro from 8 Pro, System Spec:
    GPU:
    Nvidia Geforce GTX 690
    CPU:
    Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4960X CPU @ 3.60GHz
    Ram:
    15.94 GB Corsair Platinum 2400 (4x4)
    Mobo:
    Asus Rampage IV Extreme

    Current Resolution: 1920x1080,120Hz
    GPU Driver Version: 327.23

Due to a number of random issues with settings changing upon entering the game, I have set the "Gameprefs" to read only and kept "Postprocessing" to OFF

These are my settings and work very well and the game looks excellent.
