Web trade skill page broke?

So is this web page broke for everyone or just me?
i click a toon and set up tradeskill stuff. click another toon and it disconnects me. so I have to resign in and do it again

and it just disconnects me during selction.. get a new web service NWO

    It is messed up. Pressing F5 when you select another character should help for now. I think they said they're gonna try to fix it by next week...

    yeah. we already post complaints on the bug forum. it's annoying.

    although F5 works. but sometimes I forgot to press them. so it's annoying
