Looking for a Guild (Non-Zerg, Rp or Semi-Rp, Exploration Minded)

Here is my spiel
I am tired of MMO zerg fests which basically entails Running dungeons and skipping routes, not talking, not communicating and not even bothering with side quests or optional content.
I am looking for a guild small or large or even a few people to join up with and experience Neverwinter in depth.
I would like to go on Dungeon runs without companions so each class can really do what they are meant to do instead of 4 other people with cleric pets so they do not have to worry about being healed.
I would like to see Rogue scouting and disabling and some communication during and around bosses.
Rp in all of this is a plus.
I know this is quite a challenge to find what I have posted but I put it out there none the less.

We play 100% legit and do not do any exploits, cheating, bugging, campfire running, etc. We play daily and play to enjoy the game. We are always chatting with each other on vent and have a great core of raiders. We are a private guild so we don't let random people in to pretty much keep out the exploiters.
We currently run all dungeons and everybody is geared at the T2 level. We will be glad to help you get gear as long as you are loyal and play with us. Nobody uses Cleric companions in our guild, the only ones we use are Ioun Stones.
