Dungeon Requirments Issue

I recently started playing Neverwinter and the game is fantastic and I'm really enjoying it, it greatly beats other mmorpgs out there which I have tried(tried alot). I seem to have ran into my first issue today that I found was really unneeded and should not have happened.
Me and a few people wanted to do the dungeon "Grey Wolfs Den" and so we made a party of 5, we all was level 38-43 but one of us was level 44. Well the dungeon would not allow us to enter simply because the level 44 was 1 lever higher then the requirements, this prevented us from enjoying a group adventure.
Please fix the system so that higher level players can join lower level dungeons when in group, it was honesty stupid that he/she was only 1 level higher and it prevented us from entering.
Please fix it, this is such a great game.

assuming you got a full group, you can just go to the entrance and enter at any level
We did there was 5 off us, it would not allow us in with the level 44(he was 1 level higher then requirements), but allowed us in when replacing him with a player who was 43 in the requirement bracket.
It even gave us a error telling us about the level requirement.
Right next to the final group of quest giving NPCs in the zone.
That is what we did !.
It had 2 options,
1 to que
2 It says enter with my team and it did not allow us.
Nether worked.
Just verified on my lvl 60 rogue in a lvl 15 party in cloak tower that there was no change, a party with a higher level player can still manually enter a dungeon exactly the same as before. I tried GWD but there was literally 1 person in that area thus could not form a full party, but seeing as a coding change like this would effect all dungeons testing with Cloak tower seems sufficient. You were probably trying to queue which will not allow you to enter and will give you the error msg that you mentioned.
all players must be in the same instance and travel to the dungeons actual entrance on the map. Press "F" and choose option 2, enter with my current team. a second page comes up that says "enter dungeon" and once you do that, the purple circle for gathering party appears, and the 6 second countdown begins once all players are inside that circle.
We were all there. Some level 20, and some level 40 trying to enter cloak tower and got much of the same problem the OP is having.
the purple circle did not appear and the error message was received, sorry but i feel like im repeating myself.
I have done other dungeons as well and they worked just fine , and also as I said soon as we replaced the level 44 player with a level 43 player it allowed us to enter.
above post by destinyknight is reporting the same issue, seems there is a problem.
