Hey Panderus, any information on why not all patch notes are added in, is it a time thing or is it just decided what not to add and what to add?
Cheers.
Edit: If you could check Bug report forums and maybe relay on a few of what I said in my two posts to the developers that would be awesome. I think some are important for the health of this game.

Please Change the MC offhand drops to random.. Your probably realise that 95% of the population only runs MC 2/3 now.. GWF off hand only drops at last boss.. This making it virtually impossible to get the new offhand.. When the other classes eat everything they need from the first 2 bosses..why would they do a full MC run? No reason for them..
GWfs having there gear progression limited now along with the mountain of issues with the class.. But this really just isn't fair.. I'm ready to craft the mainland.. But won't.. Pointless without an offhand and I have done 40-50 runs of MC
These are the patch notes for this particular incremental build from the last one that went to preview.
Thanks,
What I meant though was in normal patchnotes under announcements subforum, things like invisible walls are not added to patch notes, I always find that there are things that were not included in them.
I wanted to know if there was any specific reason for it.
So then...these NEW Foundry bugs are still in .4? Yep.
Bugs introduced this (previous .2) patch
[reverified in this patch .4] [intermittent] Patrol points and/or markers and/or arrow emitters initialized to 0,0,0 when edit mode enabled in 3D previewer - if unmoved will show properly in 2D Foundry editor
Current "Author" respec'd to 1st level
[fixed in this patch .4] Picnic Table Arrangement 01 & 02 have changed (live) (preview)
So... picnic table arrangement changed in .2 and changed back to original in .4 -- but NO patch notes??? I thought the patch notes were differences between .2 and .4 ?!?
How many weeks is the Foundry going to be down after Thursday when various patrol points, trap emitters, and place markers in the 3D editing points get zeroed?

I would just like to congratulate you and say thank you on behalf those who don't have the time to do what you are doing. However, I am sure the Devs find your review and posting current bugs quite helpful. You have my full support and appreciation in what you are doing. Thank you!

Excellent work, i sure hope this isnt just swept under the rug like everything else seems to be. The foundry is the only shot this game has at lasting value, imho.

His valiant post from last week or so was forwarded on to the appropriate folk. Please keep up your efforts, it is much appreciated Eldarth.
whit all the prob we have whit the skill on the class, there still people ask for stupid foundry fix -.- this must be a joke
You do realize there are totally separate groups of developers working on the different aspects of the game, right? Like the Foundry development team, the graphic asset team, the combat team, the animators, etc.
If you want them to fix whatever you think is broken, then detail exactly what it is that is broken, what triggers the problem, how it manifests, everything you can figure out about what causes the problem, and then maybe YOUR favorite team of developers may be able to fix your priorities.

How pw/cryptic handles their internal structure is their business, not something that should concern players. The support of the game isn't divided in sectors. There have been numerous posts/bug reports from various players about what is broken in classes and in instances, not to mention how poor the itemization on the expansion is. All those seem to get ignored when for the past 3-4 months most of those issues haven't been resolved, dont have an ETA and no official word from the company. It's not the customer's obligation to bump threads to get a bug fixed. It's amazing how poor the level of support in this game is...

Mind boggling isn't it. "Most" of the bugs in my list have been around since closed beta. It's unbelievable that a company that supposedly has so much online experience has such apparently inadequate quality control. It seems that when the public identifies even game breaking bugs sometimes a week before a patch, the bug still exists in the live patch. It's like they don't have any kind of source control and the entire game is one giant mess they can't hold back the changes containing the bug.
And the complete lack of transparency of existing bugs and horrible lack of detail of the patch notes amazes me every patch. They've never heard of Bugzilla? Or Mantis? or any of dozens of free web-based bug tracking software? They can't even generate a change-list report from whatever internal bug tracking tool used?? It really, really screams "amateur hour" every patch.

Getting a lame gift for buying zen and bringing new mounts is a top priority issue...
