The voice of the Devoted Clerics

Coming months to come every day in different forums.

Honestly, play as a DC, and have no desire or intention to play with the other classes (they do not attract me) and I need not enter into the question of why the current state of DC's depressing.

But developers insist we do not answer, or the more elaborate and grounded post about the problems. And even the proposed solutions.

My question is: Would it not be necessary to post in "'General Discussions' too? Or whatever, where more is allowed by the rules? I mean, all of us?

I threw huge amounts of money in this game, and I feel outraged by bad Cryptic assistance of his players. Not to mention that I am South American, which makes things even more complicated for me in financial matters. This is terribly discouraging.

I'm not calling for a war, or trying to inflame tempers. Just wanted to see the voice of DC's extrapolating the old box, battered and abandoned that became our specific discussion forum. Where NOT sure our voice is heard ... (not that developers are very active elsewhere)

Honestly i dont have much feedback.

I love my DC. I love the playstyle in dungeons. I like the way our skills work. I like the combat.

I really dont have anything to complain about honestly. (you can tell i dont PvP hue hue).

I think they pay much more attention than you think, even if you dont see lots of replies. Honestly even in general discussion the only reply is a canned thanks for the feedback comment.

I think they are out there and reading regardless of which forum you put it in.

I understand your point of view and respect, and I admit I thought so in the first weeks. Then the problems only increased, and all unanswered, and then came the nerf's, and worse, little or no justification (and if so surely justifications doubtful), then I found no way to keep a thought like yours on posture them.

I hear you but the nerfs were necessary. They nerfed every single class in almost the same way across the board. IMO they were lowering the power curve of the entire game in many different ways across the board. Which needed to happen.

Now should they have anticipated some of these problems in advance, yea of course, however that is over with we can only commend them for making the necessary changes to ensure the long term potential of the game even though it alienated a large part of the player base.

They did a very hard unpopular thing for the long term health of the game. That shows more about what they feel and what they are striving for than a simple nerf on a character ability.

Honestly i would rather have this game exist for 4 years and a small subset of people be mad then appeasing that starting base and the game only last 6 months.

I think the biggest issue is the overwhelming number of bugs. Every time I test something I never thought to test before, I find more bugs. Some of them are pretty huge, and they have been around since beta. When we see them focus on nerfs, or hotfix beneficial bugs, but delay or ignore bug that hinder us, it is very disheartening to those who have invested a lot of time and especially money into this game.

    I love my cleric.

I started this game on a GWF, found no one needed me, rolled a CW and it didn't suit my playstyle, switched to DC, and it's now my favorite character. In PVE solo content I can blow through Sharandar daily quests in half the time it takes my GWF. I can run as DPS with my guildies and sometimes top the damage charts. Everyone wants me in groups because they always need a healer (and even with a DPS focus, I can still heal well enough for any dungeon in the game if the group is competent). I'm still learning to PVP effectively, but I'm competition there and can kill a player who's unwary or distracted.

Would I like bugs fixed? YES. I cry a little every time I see the 1.2k ArPen on my character sheet that's barely getting used. I really get tired of seeing GWF crescendo animations dancing all around my character when I mount and dismount in a PVP match. BUG FIXES WOULD BE GREAT. But I have a blast playing my DC seven days a week and not paying monthly fees like I did with WoW.

And my holy symbol is a flower posy. How cool is that?

pwniexpress care to post your build.
I just gave up trying to level. It was fast and simple to about 45 then the patch you know the pvp rules changed.
Now at 52 and just gave up.
