best off hand - talisman for cw and why?

can u tell me please what the best off hand or talisman for cw and why?

high viz -
pow 155
rec 155
deflection 70
regeneration 70

shadow weaver -
pow 70
crit 155
rec 155
defense 70

ancient magister -
pow 158
rec 158
deflection 74
regeneration 74

with complete set of ancient magister with 450 recovery bonus i may understand why choose this - but without bonus -( crazy price on orb magister) will ancient is better than shadow or choose hv as my armor is hv too?

    I like the ancient/malabog sets, as you never have to worry about recovery. Makes it easy when all you have to slot for is ArP/crit.

    I am using High Vizier, because its what I have. I got the drop before I bought the GG Talisman, so I am happy. I don't care for the stats on Shadow Weaver, so I would prefer to have Ancients since its an upgrade to HV...but its not worth buying if you already have HV.
