Appearance Change Token Bug

I purchased an appearance change token and when I go to the menu that allows you to change your appearance, the preview of the character on the left disappears. It flashes for a second. Please fix this or refund the zen that I purchased. I can't change the appearance if there's no preview of what the character will look like after said changes.

    Can confirm this bug. Also, I received an email from PWE saying that the appearance change token allows gender change. This was a lie or a bug.

    To keep bumping this, I'd like to add that I will never forget the day that the PWE support staff did not know enough about their own game to give me the right information. I will attach the email when I get back today.

    I have the same problem. I bought the change appearance token and I went to the NPC but I can't change my toon's appearance because I can't see the character model. Please fix this or return my 200 zen!

    This has been reported many times in different threads. I wonder, do they really want to lose paying customers? This was reported over a week ago and it should be quick to fix things like this. Either they don't care at all or think people will keep spending money on this game regardless of all the bugs that would be fixable but aren't fixed because they pay too much attention to stuff like introducing new companions&mounts or other ways to milk more money out of gamers. They should first solve these problems. (This isn't only about changing appearance bug, it's also about all the dungeon bugs, class specific bugs etc.)

    The current patch on the preview server has a fix for the bug.

    Does the new patch allow for gender change (PWE says it is possible - but it is not currently)...
