My Neverwinter is having a problem.

When I open it, it pops up like its open and the window is shrunk. When I mouse over it even shows the patcher in the little mini-window, but it won't enlarge it to be used. It's like staying perma shrunk.

When I tried logging in with the client directly it hangs at connecting to account server. Has anyone else had this issue and might can help?

    I have had this happen several times. I use system restore to go to the day before it messed up, to when it was last working. I've had to do this on my dad's account as well. I hope this helps.

    I'm having the same problem. The window is shrunk down in the left hand corner. I did an uninstall and reloaded, but I still have the same problem.

    This is the same problem I have encountered, and it worked fine a few days ago before Arc...I'm at a loss at what I can do.
