Gemmed shirts and pants

For the last week, i have craft 6 purples pants/shirts for rogue but none was gemmed, am just bad lucked?

I used 3 mithral swivel Knifes(40%) and 1 steel Awl(24%) making each craft 44% t3 (gemmed)...

any1 well notice that the gemmed version of shirts and pants are now harder to get?
most of those crafts was started and finished on Gateway is that the reason? cuz lets say 44% its almost 1 out of 2 and 0 in 6... its stupid specially after worked so hard to get the assets now i find it almost impossible just to get back my investment even less end up making some profit from it.

ty all and please if u can post what your experience with getting Gemmed pants/shirts... are the less droping or its the same i always was?

    I think their math operations for processing precision, range, and rounding are skewed overall. I tend to loose 7 kits for every 10 tries at nodes, I've plotted the data since the end of open beta, but I suppose it is just my bad luck.

    You tried to finished them during Professions event?

    Usually i manage to get green workers when the job is to the previous class (i.e Result meant to be Assistant Alchemist - Result finishing them during professions is Alchemist (green one)).

    So yes guys is possible to have green assets without buying them with zen :)

    I have made a *lot* of shirts/pants over the last couple of months. With 4 purple tools, I should have a 60% chance, and overall, that is probably pretty close, but the last 5 I have made have all been rank-3 (gemmed exquisite).

    It's just the way the RNG works.
    Hoping for improvements...

    You are "unlucky". Really it does not matter if at 44% you fail to get the tier 3 result 100 times in a row, on the 101st time your chances of getting a rank 3 are still only 44%.

    Anybody making cheap cw shirts/pants? Or will let me borrow the assets(can give collateral) so I can try?

    and 1 more t2... grr 7 in a row with 44% t3 i think i will quit professions... and sell all the assets :(

    So do you START during the event, or have to END it then to have a chance? I mean, those a 18-hour jobs...

    no idea what i know is that before Feywild patch use to start and finish when ever it was done or available, in game or in Gateway... and i use to have 1/3 t3... after patch well in the last 8 i made i got 1 (all done with 44% t3) when eggs are 40-50K and t2 sell for less than it drives me mad... specially when poeple say they keep get it was they use to... i dont. so i spend 4 million+ ad for 3 purple and 1 blue and now i cant even pay for the egg i use on craft :(

    Somebody with 60% chance made shirt and pants for me. 1st time shirt=success, took 2 tries for pants though. Seems just RnG to me.
