Crashing at Cryptic load screen

I start up the game and end up at the Cryptic load screen, right before the load bar makes it even half-way the hardrive NW is loaded on starts clicking (3x spurts, 4 times) then crashes to desktop. Neverwinter is the only game this happens with.


Have verified files, cleaned cache, updated everything that needs updating. Same result.

Running XP sp 3.
