I was just thinking that the normal T2 Sets for the Rogue have balanced Gear scores yet the Skulker does not?
IT falls behind by about 150 and I personally think the Skulker piece should have more hp to balance out the GS difference? Does this sound like a reasonable idea? As the loss of Gear score is quite annoying

Well, dunno you guys but i use 2 pieces from master assassin and 2 pieces from shadewalker, and i seriously intend on trading that for full skulker (already got helm and boots).
My damage will take a "hard blow" of lets say 600 by trading all my current armor for skulker, and in exchange i get life steal, more hp, more stealth, more damage from stealth, and absurd arpen....i think skulker is the way to go for me. The only set i may consider using other than it is the fabled set from feywild patch because of the 5k poison damage every 30 secs (not sure if i will though), but other than that i think i benefit most from skulker than other sets even if it kicks down my GS a bit.

You lost GS because the boots give movement speed and it doesn't count as GS.

The extra hp doesn't count also towards gs iirc.
you are wrong
HP actually counts as GS you have to divide it by four i think to get its equivalent GS
