CW enchantment

Hey guys,
I have a renegade CW and he has around 38% crit chance right now. I am planning to get a G Vorpal enchantment so my crit can become more deadly. But i think that DoT enchant say like G Plague fire enchant can help u to proc ur class feature (e.g. storm spell) more often and it also nice to have some extra migitation on enemies.
So my question is would 38% cric score would benefit more from vorpal or i should go with GPF for more cost efficiency and increase my average dps?
Also can someone clarify about the stack 3 times on GPF... wat is actually stack there.... the defense reduction?

    renegade path needs perfect vorpal and dark enchntmets

    Any wizard spec (exept support ones) needs p. vorpal and dark ench.

    whats the minimum crit % you should aim for when you get a g/p vorpal?
    is it ok to sacrifice some power for it?
    its kinda hard to get good crit with vizier set on.. cant afford r10 savage. got some r8 darks (1.7k arp without stone) now but planing to get some blues pushing my crit (1k without stone) and r9 azures.

    It really does not matter unless you do not have Eye of the Storm slotted which would be more than silly if you are Renegade...

    im not renegade but i have eye of the storm all the time slotted. cws out there with perf vorpal, how much crit you got :)?

    I built so that stats are viable for both HV and Shadow set: total stats with each set are at the end

    Char gear:
    Ancient mainhand
    Ancient offhand
    Ancient Excor Neck
    Pyro Ring x2
    Blue belt with 133/133/110 Crit/ArPen/Recov
    Purple Pant
    Purple Shirt

    IouN Allure STone Gear:
    Ancient Excor Neck
    Ancient Slave Ring
    Miracle Icon

    Enchants:
    stone: 2 Rank 8 Dark, 2 Rank 8 Eldritch(offense slots), 1 Rank 7 Dark, 1 Rank 7 Eldrithc(def slot)
    Char: 4 Rank 8 azure, 3 Rank 8 Dark

    Stats .......... Power Crit ArP Recov

    w/HV.......... 4336 2462 2520 3588
    w/Shadow... 3639 4183 2520 3138

    you could do a few alterations like a blue belt with 243 arm pen, or a pyro ring in stone too, and end up with something similar

    34.8%. It is with pet and w/o any other buffs.
