low level pvp que times... Working or broke?

This seems to be the common thing when queing for pvp in both the 30-39 and 40-49 brackets.
Que up wait 5-10 minutes (sometimes more) Que box comes up saying match is ready I accept everyone else accepts we wait it then says not enough players and places us back in the que. 20-30 minutes later it pops and we get in.
Or I accepts 3 others accept 1 doesn't it times out and says not enough players places us back into que and we wait 10-20 minutes for a match.
This is all happening during prime time on the Mindflayer server.
If something is NOT wrong with the serves then perhaps it is time to merge servers so we dont have to wait 30+ minutes to enjoy a pvp match.

It is easy to know if you are an altoholic because you can just open up the map and count the instances and player count per zone.
I guess this is now starting to have an impact on even sub-60 pvp queues.
Maybe that merge is coming soon than you think...
Well I hope it is here sooner than later tired of waiting 20-30 minutes for a pvp match
