I am not sure if you don't notice or just don't care and try to milk your game for as much money as possible before it dies and yes i am almost certain it will die if you keep going on like this.
A lot of this post will contain many things that have been said before so if you are too bored to read it again or trying to deny this games many shortcomings - don't bother. Also i am no native speaker so my english is somewhat limited and i am typing this slightly enraged so excuse me if i might get a bit rough.
That being said lets get started:
This game is a mess.
I've really had a lot of hope for this game and it makes me furious to see you people just waste so much of its great potential. Your recent changes for example... the "everything-bind-on-pickup" change. You've made your greed so obvious here that it almost makes me sick.
You can only salvage your loot now for laughable amounts of ROUGH astral diamonds which you can only refine for 24k a day! I mean if you give us the opportunity to make our own astral diamonds at least let us really have them without this stupid limit which basically makes most of the ad i make useless. I have people in my guild who have 900k (!) of unrefined AD in their inventories! And the recent "astral diamond guide" you released is almost insulting! Especially this part here:
"Selling items at the Auction House: When you run a dungeon and obtain loot that is not useful for your character, you can simply sell it at the Auction House. As previously mentioned, the Auction House uses AD as a currency and you can make a nice profit by selling items here." WHICH ITEMS!? Do you even know what's going on in your own game?? Its like you are trying to mock us!
The second part is: You never fix anything of real importance. There are so many things in the game that need to be fixed but your money making scheme is so transparent even here.
For example there is no safe player-to-player trade. You cannot tell me that this is impossible to fix and it generally seems that a LOT of your developers seem to be bloody amateurs or you won't fix it because it forces people to use one of your major AD sinks in the game - the auction house (which you also managed to break so i would put my money on the amateur option).
Its interesting though how for example an exploit for a boss that would give players an advantage is fixed immediately. If you haven't guessed it yet i am talking about fulminorax and valindra. This boss is so stupidly hard to beat without this exploit and thats not because its challenging but because its simply broken. If you are going to add a mechanic in a bossfight where you have to quickly focus something down at least fix the hitboxes so you can at least focus whatever needs to be focussed.
Also the endboss in castle never... the hitbox is so screwed that even when i am facing away from the dragon trying to charge some creep i end up charging on the dragon. Someone in my guild told me he watched a stream with your developers fighting the endboss and being unable to defeat it without using an exploit... this is pathetic. It's like people arent even trying to beat bosses anymore they are just trying to find the next exploit. And this is your fault.
It's a shame that apparently games arent being developed by people who love games anymore but "businessmen" who just try to make the most profit with the half assed HAMSTER they throw at people.
With every new patch we have a few more unimportant fixes but some new shinies in the zenmarket to draw our attention away from the rest. I know this is a free-to-play game and paying for zen is optional but why should i give you anything if you don't give me an enjoyable game in return. If you would focus on making this game as good as it could be most people - me included would be much more encouraged to pay for it.
Yes i also know that this is a fairly new game but that doesnt justify the lack of interest you people seem to have in trying to make it better. This is not the beta anymore. PVP is a great example. Either your team leaves or the enemy team leaves which leaves you standing around for 5 minutes without anything to do if you want your glory or advance in your daily. Your gauntlgrym pvp is mostly a horserace running around in circles for 30 (!) minutes!
Long story short: Get some new developers who know what they are doing and care about making this a better game and then you may ask for any price you want because i really want this game to become as good as it can be.

I know what you mean ... it's hard to watch, too. I'm just resigned to the inevitable end this game is speeding towards and will enjoy it in the mean time.
The biggest problem is that this game will not die. It already has 2 million accounts, and unlike a subscriber-based game, probably far more profit margin than $15 a month for each player would generate simple due to it's addictive Zen system.
The Op is naive in his experiences if he believes that Cryptic doesn't know what it's doing. We're not talking about a Monolith or Destination Games. This isn't their first rodeo. Between micro-content updates focused on easy real-money transactions, to a game simplified to it's basest elements in order to appeal to the broadest audience.
By the way, nobody here with a house and bills works for free, unless they are really donating their time. They've put at least three years of development into this game, paying regular joes like you and me the whole time, in order to release a product that will ... wait for it ... make money.
I don't do what I do for free. I don't expect them to. So while the op makes some decent arguments, the very tone and audacity of the post is likely to be ignored. Because like it or not, it's their game and they made it, and to be mad at them for making money off of it is probably hypocritical to the extreme.

Reason they get closed is be cause the posters tend to turn on the Op in the first place.
This is the sad truth of the matter.
I would gladly allow threads such as this if I didn't have to moderate the flame responses nonstop.
So for the time being this thread is locked but I do appreciate the opinions korlamaq! If you can tone down the post a bit to be less of a rant and more of how to make the game better without insulting the developers that would be great.
Some things which could cause inflamatory responses to your thread:
-Calling the company greedy
-Claiming the AH is purely an extension of the cash shop
-Insulting the developers understanding of the game.
-Insinuating developers need to be fired
Personally an opinion is an opinion and I'm sure the developers are more than able to take a few jabs about their ability/inability o create a game. They actually want to hear negative feedback to know where to improve upon.
The problem is that those comments cause flame wars and flame wars don't result in anything positive.
You get what you put into a thread. This means if you insult the developers the responses will all be insults to you, the developers or other community members. So try to keep the insults out of the equation please. They don't do anybody any good.

And why do you insist on pointless posts like this?

There are two many exploits in both pvp matchs.
