Mission Summary:
A neatly written missive catches your eye. It seems there is some trouble at Anrahael and Ban's Rarified Repertory - famed treasure gallery and favored watering-hole of the adventuring sorts (especially those who miss the feel of a dungeon, but don't want to be far from a pint of cold ale.)
The owner, Salbuthan Anrahael, requires the aid of someone a little younger, and a little more willing to take risks.
It seems his new Junior Curator has made off with the prize of his collection - an Idol of Bone depicting the ascension of two old gods, Myrkul and Bhaal.

-Main Quest requires 1 inventory slot; Bonus quest requires 4 more, and various temporary slots
-A fair amount of flavor text exists off the board, and especially in the epilogue... but for those in a hurry I've "mash-the-1-key" streamlined it.

CONTEST DESCRIPTION
If you are interested in a little extra challenge, this unmarked quest will provide a little extra test to your exploration and adventuring skills!
Completing the challenge will provide recognition for the player in a special way.
Ban will have 5 passcodes, and the first unique @player to PM a password to me on these forums will be recognized as that day's winner.
(If there is no winner for a day, the code will not change. The contest will run until all 5 are claimed. An @player cannot win more than once, though see below for a multiple passcode reward.)
The 5 winners will be recognized on Ban’s “Free Drinks” list, found on the front pillar next to the bar. (Character Name and/or @name, as desired)

In addition, they will have the option to submit a character design to appear as a Rarified Repertory patron in the quest epilogue.
The patron will have (in character) dialogue describing a foundry mission of your choice - including any of your own - and the (OOC) foundry code!
As an added bonus, the individual who collects the most passcodes over the contest period will have the option to design an artifact for permanent display in the Repertory, complete with dialogue description (and additional Foundry Code if applicable)!

For anyone who hasn't played it yet, it's absolutely worth a play just for fun. The real fun for me was in finding the bonuses. But the environment, lighting, timers, etc. were all well done. At first I wasn't into the story as much so I skimmed, then it grew on me and I found myself reading absolutely everything. Kudos, OP.

-I also removed a Cryptic map due to the bug with random quest dropping. Nothing from the story was lost by removing this map, and it probably saves a few confused players from abandoning the quest.
-A few other improvements, costume tweaks, and minor changes were made.
The contest is still going, and we'll have two more prizes to claim. (see above for contest details and rewards)
I will be on vacation for the next few days, so if I don't get back to you right away, please be patient - as long as I don't get eaten by bears, you should hear back by Monday

Just curious, as I myself am wondering whether to go through the "What are you playing" thread with a sledge-hammer, or carry on hoping the authors will have a change of heart and republish.
I think cipher was having trouble with the pirate ship clipping but his quest is still LIVE, and I believe yip pulled his for the time being to clean up some teleports. I mean to send PMs to those two, to find out what they'd like me to do.
I don't know that you'd have to go through your whole thread since it's more of a community service, but since mine were contest winners, I want to make sure I do what they'd like.
I'll leave my posts for a few more weeks and see what happens. Thanks for the reply.

Mine is still live, as fixing it takes a lot of work. Many teleporters and broken assets. I'm so POed at Cryptic for the /fail of it all that I haven't done anything in Neverwinter for a while. I will get around to fixing it eventually. I was testing it after Feywild and found so many broken things that the couple hours I spent fixing things is only the tip of the iceberg. Mine isn't played as frequently as others so I haven't bothered yet. Cryptic's system is so broken that I can't even go in to change the description without republishing. So it's either spend many days fixing it, leave broken for a while, or remove.

Another big congrats to cipher9nemo - with his most recent password recovery, he has locked down the prize for "most passwords found". Cipher found the second password moments after that prize was claimed, won his own cameo by turning in the third password for the prize, and is a real champ for going the distance to find the forth and fifth passwords as well. It is officially no longer possible for anyone else to claim 4 different codes to tie him, let alone surpass him.
After cipher completes his next foundry quest (his stipulation, not mine), he'll be featured in the Repertory with a Relic Display of his own design!
Since he already claimed his cameo, there's still a chance for one more winner! Play NW-DG6DZO4ZB for a chance to win! (see earlier posts in this thread for further description)
(There were some issues with version number updates in LIVE this week, but I think they are resolved - if you're unsure, make sure you play v1.13 -listed at the bottom of the quest description- for the most recent build and the newest password!)

I have also renamed this quest - it is now "Idol Hands", and Act 1 of The Bone Idol Trilogy... part 2 is nearly alpha testing stage.
I have also transitioned mostly to the forum handle "kithlis" to match my ingame and author handle. I will use tseran in this thread only, until this contest runs its course.
