Feywilds glitch

upon doing the intro quest to feywilds update i left to go do Gauntl Gyrm and when i returned to finish the 2nd stone wall wouldent open so i cancled the Orig quest to try to retake i cant get a quest and the area is not on my map tried having a friend run me through with her and the npc's in the area had no quests

    I have a different glitch where my gear score/stats/HP goes down to almost nothing so it's like I'm not wearing any gear at all and I end up dying in battle within a few seconds on mobs that I have fought before without any issues. I have tried to send a bug report in- game but there doesn't seem to be any trace of it ever going through, so I then tried to send bug report from perfect world website but that is also bugged and drop down menu doesn't work when selecting issue. So I'm posting in here and since I don't seem to be able to start a new thread I had to choose a thread. I took many screenshots to show the issue but I can't seem to be able to send them to support, hoping a GM will see this and send it too support me.

    I agree I still haven't heard anything on here or though mail from support I have tried 2 accounts, 4 different character on 2 different computer and I'm still having the same issues, I think they should have concentrate on fixing the bugs and glitches they have now before making event maps, contests etc that just causes more bugs and glitches.

    YAY still no reply from support or any one on the forum time glad i didn't spend any rl $$ on a game that doesn't even work well enough for people to play it.
