Create awesome Foundry quests: If you're a Foundry author, players can thank you for your awesome work by leaving a "tip" in the form of AD after playing and reviewing your quests. Among other things, tips can help authors fund the purchases of additional Foundry project slots, which leads to even more Foundry quests for everyone to play!

So where and how can we do this?

This was a feature that was implemented in beta but was later removed before the open beta began.

but, expect it to cost zen like char slots, not AD. lol

It costs Dilithium in STO (STO's version of AD) pretty cheap as well
