are there moon elf and sun elf racial quests?

So I'm already almost level 8 on both the new races and so far I've gotten racial quests for all my other charactors by level eight, and though I have had the mail alert repeatedly pop up nothing has been actually delivered to this account other than all the packs and items for redeemed codes. Are there actually active racial quests for these? and if they notifications are not showing up in the mailbox, where do I go to activate them?

    One of the preview server patch notes talked about fixing an issue with them so they should be there and working.

    i rolled a sun elf recently and it looks like the racial quest line is just the same as the quest line for the wood elf. i received mail from Cerion Haldoreth directing me to find him at the neverwinter guard post in the tower district.

    moon elf and sun elf got the same racial quest as my wood elf
