Dungeon delves time but no icon showing "Dungeon Chest unlocked"

I started to have this problem after the patch and whenever I enter a dungeon AT DD time there is no such indicator showing that DD chest is open in T2s please somebody help me!

    Well... still better than me :c on my DC I have "Chest Unlocked" bar all the time... and it has been three days, two tickets and still nothing. The worst part is that it is overlapping with other events... sigh.

    Mustafarian: Is the chest actually open when you complete the dungeon despite no message bar, or is it also not open even though it's delve time and it should be open?

    Gexenn: Is the chest actually open all the time with the message being up all the time, or is the message up in error and it's not actually unlocked all the time?

    Knowing the answers might help the fixers figure out whether it's a problem with the chest or just a problem with the message display, which would probably involve two completely different fixes depending on which is true.

    I've done Malabog Castle a few times and my guildies have complained they didn't get the dungeon delve chest unlocked while the rest of us did.

    for malabog it rarely shows on screen but it is in quest journal. same with CN i believe now. check quest journal at start of dungeon.

    Yeah I never get the DD for Malabog Castle either , I did however get the DD indicator when I entered the festival grounds earlier today and it wasn't even DD event time yet lol.

    When enter a T2 dungeon it actually show dungeon chest is open but 5 seconds later that indicator dissapears
