The blue ribbon pig mount

So I missed a few days of the start of the event due to life, and am now collecting my daily to try and get the mount.
I have three tokens from the daily turn-in and the mount costs 15. Yet I can see people already have theirs.

Am I missing something?
Is there a farmable currency I can convert to the equivalent tokens?

    You can buy favors from the trade bar vendor. I believe its 20 bars for 1 favor.
