Game Changes?

So I have a guardian fighter and recently they "reworked" my armor to something that is HAMSTER....shrug okay fine. I am trying to figure out what I want to do next.....but than I read about how plague fire does not work as described as well? Tranquil enchantments are not proc'ing....I am not a rage quitter but I am really starting to get annoyed with Cryptic. Am I supposed to read the forums daily and try to figure out what really works as intended? Am I to trust that something "broken" like my armor does not get fixed? My armor was "over powered so they reworked it," now has plague fire also been "reworked?" If it has why was the description not been changed to reflect this? This class is OP, that class is OP get out the nerf bat....Am I going to play my toon for hours only to be told yeah.....sorry can't do that anymore! If I was not a forum reader would I even know any of this? It makes one wonder why this game is even out of beta?

I realized no one has responded.....well cause there is no question:) Does anyone else feel frustrated by this? I hear people saying it is MMO's but this has not been my experience (Perfect World/WoW). Seems like crappy planning and making a quick buck without any care to longevity....

    there is no character security. we only know whats broken because players test these things. without these invaluable players we would never know.. because we are told nothing.

    I feel your pain. Technically all of my characters need to respec because they are all using abilities that are no longer that great. For now the Feywild and Midsummer fest are keeping me pretty busy so I am just going to leave everything alone and wait it out to see what changes next. I have 2 characters right now with empty weapon/armor enchants because I am afraid to waste millions slotting something that will be useless next patch.

    Exactly! I built my GF and collected my Stalwart set only to have it completely changed...Now I am uncomfortable really investing much time and no real money on something that might be completely broken...."Other games" had their faults but at least they were stable.

    All I can say is that I feel your pain , I had a GF main but gave up on it to focus on my CW and my god , am I glad that I did , if I had continued with my GF I would have almost certainly got Stalwart set and I cannot express how pissed off I would have been if my armor was changed in such an extreme way taking it from being the best armor for the class to being the worst literally overnight , I do seriously think this is now a money grab by cryptic and I'm really glad that in the very near future I will be able to move on to my long awaited elder scrolls online lol.

    So I'm doing a TR ... It is virtually impossible that he receives a nerf higher than in other classes in a patch ...

    never read the forum before the stalwart change,i only got to use my armor for like 20 hours.Somewhat glad i didn't got used to it.The worst being a gf is...well practically everything.I get kicked everytime i q for cn,yet to finish spellplague after the patch.Oh and it takes an average of 10 tries to get WHAT THE DUNGEON DESCRIBE says that the dd chest contains.gg cryptic.gg.
