Plague Fire will still do more damage as a Thaum, than Vorpal.

You kidding. You kidding, right? How Plaguefire, which gives 3% damage and some descend dot, can overdamage perfect vorpal? With my critical (40% + EotS on some situations, let it be near 60% critical), which is 17% damage increase, scaling with my gear.

To be fair a GPF is _supposed_ to give:
+7.5% Fire damage. Burn for 2.5% damage per second for 3s and reduce def by 15%, can be stacked 3 times.

Because it puts targets in to negative mitigation values and stacks along with HV, Assailing Force, and Armor Penetration. I am not kidding.
The mitigation reduction works on every hit, not just crits. However, in a structured party, it may be welcome to have only one member using a Plague Fire enchantment.
Having said all of that I still agree that with the crit rate and EotS build you posted a Perfect Vorpal would provide more damage.
Cryptic I'm sure it will be fixed and it's such a shame that the players have to show these bugs to the developers... I wish that Perfect World would allow Cryptic to have a better staffed QA team.

First of all, PF got nerfed to the ground at the release of game, gaining only 9% damage increase after armpen cap. Second, it's currently bugged and do not stack. Third, it don't stack with other plaguefire. I don't know, how terror works, but assuming how works PF, it is support enchant too. So, only vorpal.

I just said that in a structured party, bringing one Plague Fire might be a welcome option.
Vorpal is not the only option, and in many cases it is not the best option. That's the last I am going to say on it because I can't be asked to argue with you.

Until PF gets fixed, GPF's Defense debuff appears to be working exactly like a Perfect Terror (20% defense debuff, one stack). Gives something to look for in ACT parses until several people that enjoy the numbers game acquire perfect terrors.
I know of some threads that demonstrate mob damage resistance percentages. Anyone aware of any work towards sorting out mob armor class and defense values? Knowing how much of that boss 24% damage resistance is actually affected by plague fire and terror type of percentage-based defense debuffs would go a long way to stating the true utility and value of such enchants (and feats).
I'll start digging through my own combat logs to see what I can find.

That's a good point. That information will be valuable.

I thought you said Cat is better than Stone in another thread? Why did you change your mind? I'm not trolling, just curious why you changed your opinion...

Hell no. Perfect Vorpal all the way. At least in my humble opinion.

What its actually doing right now is much less:

I always go for defense.
Btw Is this for Thaumaturge or Renegade?

It also doesn't meow.
Really? So the Stone is now better than the Cat for CW's, without a doubt?
