Stamina was nerfed?

I was out of game for couple of days and today in a dungeon I noticed that my full bar of stamina is consumed faster than before update. Not only that I also noticed that stamina is charging slower. Anyone have similar?

ps. i play as a GWF

    Yes, stamina was nerfed for the GWF. It's in the .6 patch notes.
