Icy Rays on Mastery is not Displaying Cooldown Properly

A double cast of Icy Rays is often not displaying it's proper cooldown animation.

Using the power a third time begins the Cooldown animation.

    I have the exactly same problem since a long time... I reported it ingame, but it seems to me the ingame report window is just a decoration...

    Confirmed by another CW :)
    The countdown animation doesn't show until you press it a third time. (After the power has been cast)

    Ya, reported this bug many weeks ago using in-game bug report. It really seems to be a decoration to allow venting of bugs.. :)

    The problem can be solved, if you fire it slower, tested it on dummy. Press Icy Rays

    Whatthe**** :) i wrote a full message there, so the problem is if you press the button fast twice it will bug, wait until the mark is on the target, then press the button again.
